Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we do offer free samples. We generally offer 10 pcs of free samples to our customers.

However, for some products, like anti-vandal switches, key switches or car switches, because the unit price is too high to be offered free, sometimes we would charge the customers for these products.

And for overseas sample delivery, since the delivery fee will even cost more than the samples, we would ask the customers to pay for the delivery by using the customers' courier accounts if any.
