Conflict Minerals Policy & Declaration

We "Canal" hereby declares that all products supplied to our customers are from conflict-free minerals, and we are committed to due diligence on our suppliers to ensure that the following 3TG metals—tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and gold (Au)—are not mined from conflict zones in the Democratic Republic of Congo through non-governmental armed groups or illegal organizations, or obtained through illegal smuggling.

Canal has therefore established a "Conflict Minerals Policy" and adheres to the following commitments:

• We require suppliers not to purchase from smelters owned by armed groups with direct or indirect interests in 3TG activities, who are serious human rights abusers in Congo or neighboring countries.
• We provide suppliers with a Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) to ensure that purchases are made only from smelters certified as "conflict-free."
• We conduct due diligence investigations in accordance with the OECD Chain of Custody for Conflict Minerals.
